Contest Terms & Conditions

This contest (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Renso Ko Bites Pho x Market, operating as Renso Pho-Potle ("Sponsor", "we", "us"), located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members, or persons living in the same household, are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

The Giveaway begins at the official opening of Taste of Vietnam 2026 on July 16, 2026 and ends immediately following the conclusion of Taste of Vietnam 2026 on July 18, 2026.

Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.

To enter the Giveaway:

1. Visit https://rensophophotle.ca
2. Complete the official Giveaway entry form.
3. Provide your first name, Instagram handle, and email address.
4. Agree to these Contest Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
5. Confirm that you have followed @rensokobites on Instagram.

Following @rensokobites on Instagram is required to participate.

Submitting the form does not automatically enter you into the Giveaway.

All submissions are placed in Pending Verification until the Sponsor verifies the Instagram follow.

Each verified participant receives one official raffle entry.

Participants may receive one additional bonus raffle entry if they share the Giveaway to their Instagram Story and tag @rensokobites, subject to verification.

Maximum of two raffle entries per eligible participant.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

One eligible winner will receive two tickets to an official BTS concert.

Approximate Retail Value: CAD $1,000.

The specific concert date, venue, city, and seating location will be determined by the Sponsor based on ticket availability.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

One winner will be selected by random draw from all verified raffle entries received during the Entry Period.

Only verified raffle entries will be included in the draw.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of verified raffle entries received.

The selected entrant must still be following @rensokobites on Instagram at the time of the draw to be confirmed as the winner. If the selected entrant is no longer following @rensokobites at that time, they will be disqualified and another winner may be selected.

The Sponsor may verify:

• That the participant follows @rensokobites on Instagram.
• That the participant completed any claimed bonus action.
• That the participant meets eligibility requirements.

Participants whose Instagram follow cannot be verified will not be entered into the Giveaway.

Bonus raffle entries will only be awarded after verification.

The selected winner will be contacted by email within five business days following the draw.

The selected winner must respond within seven calendar days.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is otherwise ineligible, another winner may be selected.

Personal information collected through this Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact participants, contact the winner, deliver the prize, and send promotional emails where consent has been provided.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, reject unverifiable entries, remove duplicate entries, disqualify fraudulent submissions, and modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if necessary.

By entering this Giveaway, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and agents from liability arising from participation or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
